My name is Anna Maria Glover, and I am glad you found my sweet corner of east Tennessee! At my cottage bakery I craft artisan baked goods, from sourdough breads and cakes to cookies using ancient grains. My mission is for you to enjoy delicious baked goods with high quality ingredients you can feel good about.

While my kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free space, I do offer many options made with low-gluten or gluten-free ingredients. I'm here for gluten-sensitive individuals searching for gluten-free bakery goods that will make you say, "I can't believe this is gluten-free!". Some vegan and dairy-free items are also available. Cross-contamination is always possible, but I take great care to avoid it.
