I currently operate on a made-to-order basis as a cottage bakery. You can pick up your order from my front porch in Ooltewah, TN (I'll send you the address and instructions once you order) or have your order delivered to you. Watch my social media posts to know when and where I'll be a vendor at events in the Chattanooga region, and for pop-ups, flash sales, etc.
A cottage bakery is a bakery operated in a home that follows certain state rules. In Tennessee, this means a few things including that I must label my packaging a certain way and cannot mail orders outside of the state.

I strive to use locally sourced and/or organic ingredients whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Some local products I use include dried lavender from Lookout Lavender Farm and Tennessee Mountain Honey.
Yes, we offer catering services for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and private parties. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
My starter is a sweet starter fed with raw sugar, potato flakes, organic all purpose flour, and filtered water. Occasionally it is fed organic rye flour. I received it from a friend in 2018. She added yeast to it, but no additional yeast as been added since it has been in my care.
