I've decided as of January 2026 to take a break from my cottage bakery in its current form. I still love baking, but am focusing on my health and taking time to decide what I want to do next. Thanks for your support and understanding!


I strive to use locally sourced and/or organic ingredients whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Some local products I use include dried lavender from Lookout Lavender Farm and Tennessee Mountain Honey.


My starter is a sweet starter fed with raw sugar, potato flakes, organic all purpose flour, and filtered water. Occasionally it is fed organic rye flour. I received it from a friend in 2018. She added yeast to it, but no additional yeast as been added since it has been in my care.
